As a member of our team, we expect you to have a continued focus on learning and staying up-to-date with the logistics industry, including the challenges faced in the current market and how to create solutions resulting in a better customer and carrier experience. You'll also be responsible for developing new business through various channels, prioritizing workload, fostering relationships with customers, and providing solutions to any challenges faced.

At Lighthouse, we offer an aggressive compensation package, including a $42k base salary and an unrivaled commission structure with unlimited earning potential! Our 2nd year Broker's, on average, are closing in on 6-figures.
